Family LMS is a private learning service for approved users. This notice explains the information used to operate the website.

Information we use

We use account details such as your name, email address, account role, and organization membership. We also process learning content, activity, and technical records when you use authenticated features.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we request basic OpenID Connect profile information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. The permanent Google account identifier is used only to match an account that an administrator has already linked and approved. Google access and refresh tokens are not kept by this website.

Sessions and security

The browser receives an opaque, secure session cookie. Authentication credentials are held on the server and are not placed in browser storage. We may retain limited security and operational logs to protect the service and troubleshoot problems.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to host, secure, and operate Family LMS. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may use an approved email-and-password account instead of Google sign-in. To ask about your information, correct it, or request account removal, contact info@familylms.com.
